With four kids it was nice to have a place large enough to return “home” to each day. There was plenty of room to get together and also relax on our own.
The house was nicely cleaned and we were happy to find everything from towels to cooking utensils for our stay. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have for our excursions to Kauai’s shores.
Loved the beautiful neighborhood too - again, just like home!

Our stay here for Thanksgiving was Awesome! We were a group of six! House is large, plenty of room for everyone, dining table plenty big for all of us to sit and have our meals together, seats 8! Hot tub was used every evening by all, so soothing after a day if play. Jason was absolutely Amazing, if we had a question he responded right away! Really felt the Aloha from him! Plenty of beach chairs for all of us, towels, boogie boards... everything we needed was there. Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood, perfect relaxing time we were looking forward to!

This was our first visit to Kauai and our family of seven thought the place was perfect. The location was close to the grocery store and Hanalei was nearby with a great beach and restaurants. The house had plenty of room and we made use of the outdoor patios which were all shaded. The jacuzzi was a nice benefit after a day of hiking and snorkeling. The kitchen was well equipped and each bedroom had AC. Very nice and safe residential neighborhood.

This house was perfect for three couples exploring the North Shore for a week!

Overall, it was an excellent place to stay. I'd book this again, just for the hottub!

The home is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. We loved the location in a quiet cul de sac. It was close to all amenities and beaches. They provided more than we would have thought, all beach toys and towels. Spices in the kitchen plus everything needed to make meals. The two king beds were cozy and so were the furnishings. The house and grounds were in excellent condition. Contact with any questions were answered quickly. We would stay there again.

We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We enjoyed having coffee on the spacious lanaiin the mornings with shama thrushs singing and cardinals tweeting. Truly enjoyed the nightly hot tub. Location was convenient. We'd love to come back.

What a fantastic place for our family to use as a basecamp for a wonderful vacation. This property had everything we needed and more. The beds were great. We had room to spend quality time together during our stay. The deck and jacuzzi were a much appreciated bonus for our family to hang out at in the early mornings and evenings. The management staff was very welcoming and accommodated all our needs. I would recommend this to any family that is looking for a great place to stay on Kauai. It is really close to a lot of activities, restaurants and beaches. Thanks for a great week!

We just returned from a wonderful 10-day stay in Princeville. This beautiful home is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and offered all the amenities we could ask for. The property Manager, Jason, was great to work with and the welcome basket and other extras were really appreciated! We can’t wait to come back to beautiful Kauai!

This house has all the amenities with snorkeling gear, boogie boards, water shoes and a great hot tub. AC in all the rooms. A great house for the 9 of us.

Besides the home being in great condition and close to shops and one of the main towns in kauai, Jason is incredible to work with. He made the whole process very easy and was easy to communicate with. They really want to make sure you have a great time during your stay.

Wonderful home with all the amenities to make it cozy and cook up food. Also all the things you need to hit the beach which was a great perk! My husband and I agreed the master bedroom upstairs had the best shower! Jason, the property manager, was the most accommodating and friendly person. We had some issues with making this vacation happen and he was over the top helpful. Great location to walk to multiple beaches and stores/restaurants. We truly enjoyed everything about this rental.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The property manager was very responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything. The chocolates and nuts they left were a nice treat. This property is located in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. It is right next to a golf and frisbee golf course with nice walking trails. The garage is well stocked with everything you need for your beach adventures. I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub daily. We also enjoyed grilling out and spending time together on the nice deck. The property is very convenient to many north shore locations such as Queens Bath, Hideaway Beach, Anini Beach, Tunnels Beach, Hanalei Bay, and Ke'e Beach. I think Hideaway Beach was our favorite, but all of the nearby beaches are great. The clear, calm water and sand entrances next to the corral at Hideaway make it ideal for snorkeling. If you are adventurous you could walk to Hideaway from the house, but if you are patient and wait for a parking spot at the small lot you will get one, as people are coming and going all day long. Make sure to get reservations for Ke'e Beach 30 days in advance. Highly recommend catching a sunset here. Also recommend the hike to Hanakapiai Beach +/- Falls if you are up for it. Wear good shoes and bring plenty of water and snacks. If you make your way to the Waimea Canyon side of the island, I highly recommend one of the downhill bike tours. We had a blast doing this. Can't wait to return.

House was great. Very private feeling. Despite being on a golf course it didn’t feel like it. Great deck to hang out on and the hot tub was a plus on the cooler evenings.

This house was perfect for what we had in mind: 3 senior's (2 sibs, one mother) that just wanted to relax and hang. The back deck was perfect for that! The view of the golf course lake from there and sunsets were wonderful. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath arrangement suited us fine. Mahalo!
Hanalei was just a couple miles away with a variety of dining options. A grocery store was even closer.
